FAQ

Please find some of our frequently asked questions. If you can't find the answer you're looking for, feel free to head to our contact page and send us an email.

Where are you located?

We are located in Western Australia with a pick up location in Gnangara.

Do you offer customised orders?

Yes we do! We love to get creative and can offer customised orders for wholesale, personal or gifts.  Just send us an email to enquire at thisisforyourbath@gmail.com

How long does a bath bomb last before using it?

Keep your product in it's packaging in a cool, dark place until you use it. We have a best before of roughly three months for our bath bombs but an expiry of a few years. That said, we always recommend using our products sooner rather than later. The longer you wait, the less effective the product will be.

How long does shipping take?

We use multiple third party couriers including AusPost, Couriers Please, Aramaex and more. Each company will include an estimate on shipping. If you are after express shipping, please contact us to arrange.

Can I refill containers?

We offer refills on any of our bottles or bagged products. This includes bath salts, bath dust or crumble, bubble bath, room sprays, essential oils, massage and bath oils and more. We can do this at a reduced cost and encourage re-using and reducing waste.

Are your products good for sensitive skin or skin problems?

We use high quality and natural ingredients in our products. We didn't set out to create a product for skin problems but we have had amazing feed back from people with eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis and more who have not had any reactions from our products.

Will your products stain my bath?

We use a range of products to prevent staining on your bath. Sometimes, our more colourful pigments may leave a residue which can be wiped away with a wet cloth. One thing to consider is also the age of your bath tub, material and any damages. We always recommend cleaning your tub first and to check for any porous material. If staining does occur and wiping it away does not help, a magic eraser and some disinfectant will work. If you are worried about staining, consider doing a patch test. We highly recommend this on older bath tubs.
