We recommend keeping your products in their packaging in a cool, dark place until use to maximise longevity.

Our bath bombs are best used within 3 months of purchasing however they have an expiry of few years. The sooner you use the more effective the product will be.

We us multiple third party couriers including AusPost, Couriers Please, Aramaex and more. Each company will include an estimate on shipping.

We currently dont offer express shipping, however if you do require something urgently please contact us to arrange.

Yes we do! We highly encourage re-using and reducing waste so we offer a discounted cost when refilling any of our bottled or bagged products, this includes:

Bath salts, bath dust, bubble bath, rooms spray, essential oils, bath and massage oils as well as candles.

We use high quality and natural ingredients in all of our products. We didnt set out to create a product for skin problems but have had amazing feedback from people with eczema, psoriasis, dermatisis and more.

This being said, we high recommend patch testing prior to use to ensure you have no reactions. If you would like to sample a product first to ensure safe for your skin type please contact us.

We use a range of products to prevent staining on your bath. Sometimes, our more colourful pigments may leave a residue which can be wiped away with a wet cloth.

We always recommend cleaning your bath tub prior and immediately after. If staining does occur, a magic eraser and some disinfectant will work.

Please consider the age of your bath tub, material and any damages as this can also affect any remaining residue. We highly recommend patch testing on older baths first.
